For large-scale corporate launches or conferences, we recommend a lead time of 8 to 12 weeks. However, for smaller corporate activations or press briefings, our agile team can often execute a high-quality solution within 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you manage vendor relationships (Catering, Security, etc.)?
Yes. We act as your single point of contact. We have a vetted network of “Tier A” partners for catering, hospitality, and security. We manage their schedules, quality control, and payments so you only have to deal with one invoice and one project manager.
